1. Operator

These terms govern your use of PimpMyHost, operated by CustomWare s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic.

2. Service

PimpMyHost provides AI-powered property photo enhancement for short-term rental and hospitality listings.

3. Account Terms

• You must be at least 16 years old to use this service
• You may maintain only one account per person
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Purchased credits are non-refundable

5. AI-Generated Content

• You retain all rights to photos you upload
• AI-generated (enhanced) images are licensed to you for personal and commercial use in your property listings
• You may not use AI-enhanced images for deceptive or misleading purposes

6. Acceptable Use

• You may not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service

7. Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of AI-generated enhancements
• PimpMyHost is not a substitute for professional photography services

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
